Pro Pay is pleased to announce additional functionality to their already robust Employee Self Service module. The new features provide an enhanced employee experience, and offer additional time savings for employers including more custom configuration ability for screen headers, labels, and icon hover messages. In addition, even more workflow messaging for employee initiated changes has been added. These include change confirmations, effective date displays, and email notifications to employees and employers for changes to W-4 exemptions and home addresses.

The 2010 HIRE Act was recently enacted and contains two critically import incentives for businesses to hire unemployed workers:

1.Companies are exempt from paying their 6.2% portion of withholding taxes in 2010 for new employees hired between February 3, 2010 and Jan 1, 2011.
2.Companies can receive up to a $1,000 tax credit for keeping the new employees they hire in 2010 on the books for at least a year.

ProPay is excited to announce the release of the second phase of automatic integration of newly hired employee information from h2r recruit into the h2r core module utilizing h2r connect. This integration automatically establishes the payroll employment record for a new employee eliminating the need to manually key the information. The enhancements encompassed within this second phase have brought increased functionality and flexibility to a time saving and already seamless process.
